A winning team needs an exceptional leader - as a Team Leader (f/m/d) with sales skills and production line attributes for our plant in Cristian/Brasov your goal is to act as a transformer of the everyday. Your leadership will play a vital role, you will support clients to achieve their goals and spread the word about our portfolio to develop new business opportunities.
You will initiate customer contacts and build a broad customer network to promote our portfolio in Romania.
Your profile - motivated and enthusiastic:
- Experience in Sales and/or in an industrial environment
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the technical field
- Business fluent in English
- Good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Availability for business travel
- You are confident in using MS Office programs
- You are familiar with technology and have a good technical understanding
- Strong communicator who wants to make a positive impact
- Proactive and goals oriented
What your part will be:
- Plan, organize, and check the performance of the subordinate team
- Coordinate the deployment of personnel and ︁equipment and provide professional guidance and support
- Prospect the industrial market, identify new opportunities, and inspire new customers with our services
- Process complaints, make daily reports, and audit the subordinate team
